I’ve been feeling like crap lately, just ask my wife.  I think I really need to make a lot of changes to get back to where I was just a few years ago. What’s different? Well now a days I have no energy, am very irritable, am 35 lbs. overweight, VERY stressed out and generally in poor health. Is this a mid-life crisis? I don’t think so. It’s more a sign of me not giving up on myself and wanting a better quality of life.

So, how am I going to fix my life? Well honestly I just don’t know but I am planning all the time and will be putting updates here for friends to follow. I have started step one and it’s going very well so far but that’s for my next post. I just wanted to put this one out to prepare my friends and family that I may seem a bit weird but it’s for the best.
